“Running quiets everything down, and creates a tunnel for your ideas to shoot through…”
I had a lot of fun talking with Jen A Miller, author of the recently realeased book: “Running: A Love Story” 10 Years, 5 Marathons, and 1 Life-Changing Sport. We talk about life & relationships, how running helped to heal communities in the devastated by superstorm Sandy along Jersey Shore, and yes, even poop. Because, according to Jen, “you can’t talk about running without talking about poop.”
This book will lift your spirits and is a fun read.
